If you haven’t received a payout, first check your agreed payout schedule and your merchant portal to see whether the payout has been processed, is still pending, or has been adjusted.
There may be several reasons why a payout has not yet been received, including bank processing times, weekends or public holidays, incomplete account setup, pending checks, account restrictions, refunds, chargebacks, reserves, or other adjustments under your merchant agreement.
You should also check that your nominated bank account details are correct and that your PollenPay account is in good standing.
If the payout still appears to be missing after checking these details, please contact us with the relevant payout date, settlement reference, and transaction details so we can investigate.
