PollenPay manages customer repayments and customer payment risk. However, we may monitor repayment performance across businesses using PollenPay to help manage risk, customer outcomes, and responsible use of our service.
If we identify unusually high levels of missed payments, refunds, disputes, suspected misuse, or other activity that may increase risk, we may contact you to better understand what is happening. In some cases, we may also review your account, adjust how PollenPay is offered, apply additional controls, or take action in line with your merchant agreement.
