Your reports and payouts may not always match exactly because they can be calculated at different times and may include different items.
For example, a transaction may appear in your transaction report before it has been settled to your nominated bank account. Your payout may also be reduced or adjusted for reasons such as transaction fees, refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, reserves, or previous balance adjustments.
To help reconcile the difference, you should review your settlement report alongside your transaction report and check the payout date, transaction dates, fees, refunds, and any adjustments applied.
