When your customer chooses PollenPay at checkout, they can split the cost of their eligible purchase into scheduled instalments instead of paying the full amount upfront.
The customer will complete the PollenPay checkout process and make their first payment at the time of purchase. The remaining instalments are then collected from the customer in line with their agreed payment schedule.
For your business, once the order is approved, you’ll receive payment in line with your agreed settlement arrangements with PollenPay. This means you can offer your customers more payment flexibility while still receiving payouts through your normal PollenPay settlement process.
