When raising a complaint, please include as much information as possible so we can understand the issue and investigate it properly. This may include your business name, the nature of the complaint, relevant dates, order or transaction references, screenshots, and any previous correspondence with us.
Once we receive your complaint, it will be reviewed by the relevant team. We may contact you if we need more information, and we’ll aim to respond as clearly and promptly as possible.
