For security and compliance reasons, bank account changes may need to be reviewed and approved by PollenPay before they take effect. We may ask you to provide supporting information or documents to verify the new bank account and confirm that it belongs to your business.
You may be able to start the request through the Settings section of your merchant portal. If the option is restricted or unavailable, please contact our support team and we’ll guide you through the process.
