You can update certain business details through the Settings section of your merchant portal.
Some updates may be available for you to manage directly, such as contact details, user details, or general account information. However, changes to key business information may need to be reviewed or approved by PollenPay before they take effect.
This may include changes to your legal entity details, ownership or control structure, nominated bank account, trading name, registered address, or other compliance-related information.
If you need to update restricted information, please contact our support team with the details of the change. We may ask you to provide supporting documents so we can complete the required checks before updating your account.
