Your PollenPay account may be suspended, restricted, or reviewed if there is a breach of your merchant agreement, if required information is not provided, or if we identify activity that may create risk for PollenPay, your customers, or the wider service.
This may include things such as suspected misuse, unusual transaction activity, high levels of refunds, disputes or missed customer payments, compliance concerns, or failure to follow PollenPay’s requirements for using and promoting the service.
If we need to take action on your account, we’ll usually try to contact you and explain what is required, unless we need to act immediately for security, legal, regulatory, or risk reasons. Any action we take will be handled in line with your merchant agreement.
