If you notice anything unusual, suspicious, or potentially fraudulent, you should let us know as soon as possible. This may include unusual order patterns, suspicious customer behaviour, incorrect customer details, repeated failed attempts, or anything that does not look right.
Once reported, we’ll review the matter and may take steps to protect your business, your customers, and PollenPay. This could include asking for more information, reviewing the transaction, restricting activity, cancelling or pausing an order, or taking other action in line with your merchant agreement.
