Your offer or promotion may be rejected if it does not meet PollenPay’s promotion guidelines, does not include enough detail, or could be unclear or misleading to customers.
Because PollenPay is a payment product, any promotion that refers to PollenPay needs to be presented carefully. This means the wording, offer terms, eligibility criteria, pricing, payment information, and any key limitations should be clear and easy for customers to understand.
We may reject or ask you to revise a promotion if:
- the offer is unclear or missing important details;
- the promotion could give customers the wrong impression about how PollenPay works;
- the wording suggests PollenPay is “free money” or encourages customers to spend irresponsibly;
- the payment terms, eligibility rules or exclusions are not clearly explained;
- the promotion does not align with PollenPay’s brand or customer communication standards; or
- the promotion may not meet applicable financial promotion requirements.
Where possible, we’ll explain why the offer was not approved and what changes may be needed before it can be used.
