You can check your onboarding status on your PollenPay sign up status page. This is not the merchant portal, rather a holding page until you are approved for PollenPay.
If your account is still being reviewed, you may see a status such as “Pending” or “Under Review” while we complete verification, compliance, and setup checks.
Once your account has been approved and activated, you’ll receive confirmation from PollenPay and gain access to the relevant merchant portal features, such as transactions, reporting, payouts, refunds, and settings.
Before you start offering PollenPay to customers, you should also make sure you have received confirmation from us that your account and integration are ready to go live.
